Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Cristea Industries AB (org. no. 559326-7205), Fredsgatan 1, 411 07 Göteborg, Sweden, is the controller for any personal data processed through this website. Questions about privacy can be sent to hello@cristeaindustries.se.

Cookies and browser storage

The first time you visit, you are asked which kinds of cookies and browser storage you accept. Necessary storage is always used and only remembers your choice. Everything else is used only if you accept it, and nothing that requires consent is loaded before you have said yes. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the cookie button in the bottom left corner of every page, or with the button below. Withdrawing stops any measurement and removes the cookies it had set.

Visit statistics

The website uses no analytics tools today and sets no analytics cookies. If we start measuring visits, this notice is updated before measurement is switched on.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, the hosting platform keeps short lived technical logs of requests, which may include your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. These logs are used only to run the site securely and to detect abuse, and they are not used to identify visitors. Vercel processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement that meets the requirements of the GDPR, including for any transfers outside the EU. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you contact us

If you email us, we process the personal data you include, such as your name, email address and the content of your message, in order to answer you and handle the matter. The data is kept for as long as needed for that purpose and is then deleted, unless we are required to keep it for accounting or legal reasons. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the steps needed to enter into an agreement with you (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Links to other sites

The site links to LinkedIn and to the websites of our operating companies. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which apply as soon as you leave this one.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format. Requests can be sent to hello@cristeaindustries.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

Changes

This notice may be updated as the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.

Customise consent preferences

This is what the website stores in your browser. Necessary storage is always used, everything else only with your consent. You can change your mind at any time with the cookie button in the bottom left corner. Read more in the privacy notice
