About the group
Cristea Industries AB is the family's parent company, based in Gothenburg, Sweden. All operating companies are in Romania, where they manufacture, distribute and sell their products: KemCristal chemicals for water treatment, Naposint sintered metal components and Napotools production tooling. Borg Investitii and Nordvik own property in Bucharest and Cluj.
The group was formed in 2021, when Diana Cristea brought the family's Romanian companies together under one parent company. The industrial story goes back to the 1990s, when Tiberiu Cristea built the first businesses. The parent company owns, develops and supports the companies, while production and customer relationships stay local.
