The Cristea family gathers its companies in one group

Cristea Industries AB was founded in 2021, when Diana Cristea brought the family's Romanian companies together in one Swedish group.

The industrial story goes back to the 1990s, when Tiberiu Cristea built the first businesses. Today the group spans chemicals, sintered components, tooling and property.
